Naumpaşa Konak is in the Taksim which is the hart of the Istanbul at the corner of the Parmakkapi Street with Taksim Kuyu Street it has history has passed of 125 years. Owner of the mansion that period who Naum Paşa is founder of the second most important theater in Istanbul.

The Current name is çiçek pasajı that Theater building was damaged by the big fire at 5 june 1870 and same year is Naum Paşa's death anniversary. After Naum Paşa's death his son who had showy life Said Naum Duhani settled with his french operetist wife that first floor of this manshion.

That time their children dead while was studiying Paris. Than madam returned her country. Said Naum Duhani was settled on the top floor of the mansion. Than he was closeted his room had just a bedstead, table and small sized wardrobe during 30 years. This time he wrote his books name of "Eski insanlar eski evler" and "Beyoğlu'nun adı Pera iken"
